Inspirational! This book is an inspiration to dreamers everywhere! And it's message, that our coaches are not out to tear us down but to help us excel, is a life lesson best learned early. The delightful illustrations and a guest appearance by a singing moon top off a magical story.
—D. Nettles, (Seattle, WA United States)
A Beautiful Book with a Great Message . . . I bought this book for all of my nieces and after hearing how much they all loved it, bought more copies for all of our friends' daughters as well! The story is compelling and imaginitive, the illustrations are lush and deep with color and style, and the story's message is the best one could ask for. An excellent lesson about achieving your own personal success while overcoming setbacks and doubts. Highly recommended!

As a therapist and AD/HD Coach, I will be using this wonderful book to help promote the very important values of believing in yourself, having goals and working hard to achieve your dreams. I would recommend this book for kids of all ages- The message is universal!
—Julie Bulitt "LCSW-C, AD/HD COACH" (www.livesane.com) Maryland
Lovely Book . . . This is a lovely book, both visually and in content. It is fun, light, magical yet "serious" at the same time, touching on the many dimensions of following a dream. I especially liked the magical moon, his wonderful song, totally unexpected, which for me added to the magic and the power of his interchange with Tara the dancer. A lover of the stars, moon, dance and dreams, I feel lighter and brighter having read the book, and inspired! —Melinda J. Furcht, Light Deep Heartworks Compassionate Flower Essence Care (Maryland)
Dreams really can come true . . . This uplifting story about a young girl and her dreams is beautifully illustrated and dances rhythmically from page to page. The story and the pictures will be wonderfully inspiring to dancers and dreamers of all ages. —M. Vaughan (Maryland)
A timeless message to us all, young and old. Never give up on your dreams no matter what. The illustrations are beautifull and bright. Very uplifting and a wonderful gift for any young girl.
—Georjean P. Schwab (Maryland)
This was a cute story for girls. I like how the little girl never gave up on her dream even when she thought that her teacher didn't believe in her. The best part of the story is when the little girl realizes that her teacher wasn't critizing her, but helping her be the best she can be to help her reach her dreams. This book teaches you to never give up hope and that your dreams are attainable. —Brooke Walsh "Ivette Sherman"
Truly inspiring . . . What a beautiful and inspiring story of a young girl who shows us that through hard work and dedication, your dreams can come true. This is a life lesson that we all should take to heart - whatever our age. —Debbielou (Maryland)
A Beautiful story . . . This is a beautifully written story that relays the timeless lessons of never giving up and always following your dreams. The illustrations are eyecatching and colorful. The story well told and lovely. A "must-read" for aspiring dancers (and dreamers!) —Mary (Maryland)
Beautiful Story . . . My children loved this beautiful story. The illustrations are wonderful and the book passes along a timeless message for all children. We will read this story over and over. Again my daughter just marvels at the pictures. What a great book. —J. Whiteleather (Virginia)
Beautiful Story and Artwork . . . My daughter just turned 8 and she loves this book. The story is magical and has a great message for life. She really likes the colorful drawings of the ballerinas and I think they are beautifully done. A very light touch that is perfect for the story. —E. Sackett (Maryland)
Inspiration for the budding ballerina . . . This beautiful children's book depicts the hopes and struggles of a budding ballerina. Tara's story is one of frustration and even despair as she learns that success in the dance world requires not only talent but self-confidence and perseverance. Zevgolis's illustrations are crisp and colorful with lots of charming details.
—L. Jenks Tutu4U.com (Pennsylvania)

Celebrate National Dance Week
April 26 - May 3rd
The story of a young student ballerina who aspires to being a member of the Children's Ballet Company and finds her inspiration to success through a dream, the Moon and a magical journey. This is not only a story that teaches the value of perseverance, dedication and belief in oneself, it is also balletically correct, a factor found to be so important by dance educators yet rarely incorporated into so many books. A must for every studio and school library as well as an ideal gift for any young girl. —National Dance Week
